Aon are currently recruiting a Global Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in London. The role will be primarily responsible for the Aon Captive and Insurance Management (ACIM) business unit, contributing and influencing the growth and global change agenda. The Global HRBP will be an integral member of the ACIM business leadership team and will partner with the business to proactively identify, plan and deliver on both the strategic talent agenda and the operational HR needs supporting the continued development of a high performance business.
You will regularly work across the full range of HR areas including employee relations, change management, performance management, compensation, recruiting, and talent development. The ability to deeply understand the business practice you are supporting and align HR activity will be critical to your success. You will need a strong commercial orientation and the ability to translate client business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.
